Non-Discrimination Policy

It is the policy of 麻豆果冻传媒官方入口 University to affirmatively implement equal opportunity to all qualified applicants and existing students and employees. In administering its affairs, the University shall not discriminate against any person on any basis prohibited by law. All aspects of employment including recruitment, selection, hiring, training, transfer, promotion, termination, compensation and benefits shall conform to this policy. All aspects of student affairs and education of students including recruitment, admissions, financial aid, placement, access to facilities, student discipline, student life and student employment conform to this policy. 麻豆果冻传媒官方入口 University does not discriminate on the basis of disability by excluding people with disabilities from participation in University programs or activities. The Coordinator of the 504/ADA Program acts as advocate for students with appropriately documented disabilities who require accommodation of facilities, programs, or services of the University. The more significant services provided by this office include: information on accessibility, identification of required accommodations, liaison with faculty and staff in establishing accommodations, (i.e., equipment, tests, note-taking, etc.) and the provision of auxiliary aides when required.

Students with disabilities seeking accommodations have the responsibility to: 1.) self-identify concerning the disability status in a timely manner; 2.) provide disability documentation that is current; and 3.) request necessary accommodations.
